Your accommodations for the CME program
will be at the beautiful Hȏtel du Roi Christophe.


Set in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the ancient city of Cape Haȉtien (in colonial French days called Cape François), our hotel has spacious and tranquil gardens with adjacent sitting areas to relax after busy days enjoying the diverse and historic local areas where our CME activities will be held.

CME Accommodations and Cost


Hotel amenities include internet, 2 bars, spacious rooms with air conditioning and private bath. 


Program costs include all meals; transportation; guides and entrance to historic sites; horse rental and boat rentals; university student reception; room amenities and tips; participant hats and special souvenir identification badges.


Single occupancy and activities package is $3,290

Double occupancy and activities package is $2,750 per person

25 hours of CME is $750

You will need to purchase your air flight to Cape Haȉtien (CAP) most likely on American Airlines. Please quote Business Extra Account 834408 to provide Medical Student Missions with miles towards providing staff tickets for our rural Haiti medical service project trips.


MSM partners with Global Rescue to provide each traveler medical expense and evacuation insurance for this trip. This essential coverage is included in the cost of our CME program.


Entry into Haiti will cost $10 US for a visa which is required in cash when you arrive at the airport. There is no departure tax, but you must keep your green departure card in your passport until you leave.


Included activities and meals:


Day 1 - Dinner in town at Café



Day 2 - Breakfast at hotel, lunch at University, dinner in hotel



Day 3 - Breakfast in hotel, horseback or hike to Citadel, lunch at Citadel, supper at hotel.



Day 4 - Breakfast at hotel, lunch at university, evening reception at University



Day 5 - Breakfast at hotel, boat to the island Ilara with picnic lunch on island, and dinner on shore.



Day 6 - Breakfast at hotel, trip to Cape Libertie with lunch at old Fort and program at hospital, supper at hotel.



Day 7 - Breakfast at hotel, flight home.
